All my copyhold house in Briggate, Knaresborough and all other my real and personal estate to Joseph Mosey Allen of Knaresborough, Gentleman, and William Hewitson of Bishop Monkton, Yeoman, In Trust to sell my real estate and such parts of my personal estate and effects that my niece Lucy Fryer does not wish to retain, and invest and use the interest for the maintenance and upkeep of my niece. At her death the same to go to whomever she had indicated in her Will.
