William Fowler - 1st April 1811 - Z034

Arkendale, Yeoman

To my wife Elizabeth Fowler all my household furniture and bedding, money and securities. She is to take care of my grandson William Fowler.

After her death I give to William Coates of Arkendale, Yeoman, and George Parker of Hay Park, Yeoman, £500 Upon Trust with the interest to my grandson.

After the death of my grandson then the £500 to go to my daughter Mary Milthorpe the wife of John Milthorpe of Arkendale.

If my grandson survives my wife then I give to William Coates and George Parker £20 each to be paid by Mary Milthorpe.

Residue of my real and personal estate to Mary Milthorpe.

Witnesses : William Collins, John Coates

Testator died 23rd January 1815. Probate 7th June 1815. Effects under £800.

Appraisement by Anthony Webster and John Coates available.
