All the lands and premises that my late father William Myers gave to me and now occupied by my husband and the house called Pote House previously occupied by John Umpleby deceased to my husband. After his death the same to my sons Thomas Trees and Samuel Trees.

The above is chargeable with the following legacies :

To my son John Trees of Hartwith £10.

To my son James Trees of Otley £10.

To my daughter Nancy Benson or otherwise Ann Benson the wife of William Benson of Winsley £20.

To my daughter Elizabeth Cockett the wife of William Cockett of Winsley £80.

To my daughter Mary Trees £80.

All payable one year after the death of my husband.
