Relates to a Deed of Assignment 1st March 1711 made between Roger Clarke late of Knaresborough but then of Harrogate, yeoman, of the first part, George Dawson of Pannal, yeoman, of the second part and Sir Thomas Slingsby of the third. Concerning a house at Pannal and a close called Stonie Acre and Furnish Garth divided into two and containing about 12 acres and in the occupation of Henry Dowgill.
