To my wife Ann Simpson an annuity of £15 payable out of my lands at Scotton now occupied by me. Also my two houses in Marton occupied by
George Arrowsmith and Robert White.
To my daughter Mary Dunwell the wife of Thomas Dunwell of Arkendale £200 to be paid to her by my son
William Simpson one year after the death of my wife.
To my son William all my real estate at Scotton and Marton along with all goods and chattels. I appoint him executor.

He died 25th January 1816. Probate 20th March 1816. Effects under £20.
