South Stainley, Yeoman
To my wife Eleanor Buck an annuity of £40 chargeable to my lands. Also £20 and one bed and bedding of her choice and other furniture suitable for furnishing two rooms. She may have the use of the parlour and chamber at the East end of my house.
To my daughter Mary Buck £700. Also two beds, bedding and hangings, half of my plate and linen. Also £10.
The remainder of my real and personal estate to my son Francis
Buck, subject to the above payments, whom I appoint as executor.
