Dunkeswick, Gentleman


To my nephew John Jackson all my real estate. On his death to my great nephew James Jackson, son of John Jackson. On his death to my nephew George Jackson, son of my late brother Samuel Jackson.

To my housekeeper Ann Jackson an annuity of £30. Also the bed and bedding she now uses, and the furniture in her room.

To Elizabeth Hayes an annuity of £10.

To Hannah Moisley an annuity of £10.

To my niece Grace Jackson, daughter of my brother William Jackson an annuity of £10.

To Hannah Dawson an annuity of £10.

To my great nephew George Bilton Jackson an annuity of £20.

To George Jackson of Knaresborough an annuity of £20.

To my niece Ann Scott all the household goods and furniture, linen, beds, bedstead and bedding in the Ship Inn at Harewood Bridge.

To my nephews Samuel Jackson, George Jackson and James Jackson, sons of my late brother Samuel Jackson, all my part and share of the trade and business of Spirituous Liquor Merchants and in the Liquors casks and other utensils at Providence Green and all debts due to the partnership.

To my nephew John Jackson all my household goods, linen, plate, furniture, china, bonds, notes, bills and securities, farming stock and all other my personal estate and chargeable with the following legacies.

To Mary Barrett £100.

To my great nephew Thomas Abbott £100.

To Frances Moisley £100.

To my nephew George Jackson, son of my late brother Samuel Jackson £400.

To George Jackson of Knaresborough £100.

To John Jackson and George Jackson of Knaresborough all such estates as may be vested in me as Trustee or Mortgagee and appoint them executors.
