To my wife Sarah Bramley an annuity of £10.
To my son William Bramley my house and real estate chargeable with the above annuity and the following legacies.
To my sons and daughters Joseph Bramley, Rebecca Bramley, John Bramley, Henry Bramley, Ann Bramley and
Sarah Bramley £60 to be divided amongst them.
To my wife a bed, bedstead and bedding and all title and interest I may have bequeathed to me by the late
John Petty.
The remainder of my real and personal estate I give to my son William Bramley whom I appoint sole executor.
