Robert Bramley - 28th March 1815 - Z066

East End, Yeoman

To my son John Bramley my real estate, now occupied by him, at Swinsty, which I hold in right of my late wife Mary Bramley.

I give my copyhold property (bequeathed to me by my grandfather Robert Parker) to my son John chargeable with £20 to each of the five daughters of my daughter Elizabeth Buck - namely, Mary Buck, Elizabeth Buck, Susanna Buck, Anne Buck and Jane Buck. And also chargeable with £50 to each of the four sons of my daughter Anne Jackson - namely, Christopher Jackson, William Jackson, John Jackson and Robert Jackson.

To my son Robert Bramley my real estate, that I bought off William Scaife, chargeable with £20 to each of the above named daughters of my daughter Elizabeth Buck.

I give all my copyhold property, late in the occupation of William Hutton and situate at Gill Bottom, Norwood, to my daughter Elizabeth and her husband Thomas Buck

And whereas my daughter Anne, the wife of John Jackson, has received from me the sum of £450 towards completing a purchase of land in Fewston, I now give a further £10.

The remainder of my estate I give to my son John Bramley whom I appoint sole executor.
