To my wife Mary Cunliffe the piece of ground and adjoining plantation to the West of the Rectory House road in Addingham in lieu of that part of the Hall Croft which belongs to her and which I convey to my son
William Cunliffe. Also the two gardens in Addingham one of which was recently purchased off
John Marsden, Esquire, and the other from Wilson
Robinson.
