Knaresborough, Cordwainer

To my wife Sarah King all my household goods and personal estate. Also all my title in the several properties in the High Street and the Swine Market. in Knaresborough, occupied by George Jackson, James Robinson and Nutter upon Trust to sell immediately after my death and use the money to pay off the mortgage on the above properties and also the property in Kirkgate, which I also give to her.

The above is to pass to my sons and daughter upon my wife’s death.

I appoint my wife executrix.

Witnesses : William Grange, Samuel Powell

Died 11th October 1812. Probate 21st May 1814. Effects under £20
