All my copyhold land at Birstwith that I bought off my son John Wood to my two sons-in-law
Christopher Scott of Bingley and Jonas Whitaker Upon Trust during the minority of the children of my three daughters
Mary Scott, Dorothy Hulbert the wife of Thomas Hulbert and
Betty Whitaker in equal thirds.
When the youngest grandchild attains 21 then the premises to be disposed of and again shared amongst the grandchildren in equal thirds as above.
