My real estate to my wife Hannah Steel.
The above estate on the death of my wife to my two nephews Matthew Steel and
Thomas Pullan in Trust to sell. And then £100 to such persona as directed in my wife’s Will or to her brothers and sisters if no will exists.
To my nephew Matthew Steel £5.
To my nephew John Steel £5, the brother of Matthew.
The residue to be shared amongst my brothers and sisters, John Steel, Thomas Steel, Joseph Steel, Ann Ampleby the wife of
Joseph Ampleby, Hannah Irish the wife of Robert Irish, and the children of my late sister
Mary Pullan.
All my personal estate to my wife
