All my real and personal estate to my brother William Coates and my friends
John Eteson and Thomas Gill upon trust for the maintenance and upkeep of my children.
On further trust to pay £100 to my daughter Anabella Coates; to my daughter
Ann Coates £100; to my son John Coates £300; to my son
Richard Coates £200; to my daughter Elizabeth Coates £100. All to be paid at age of 21.
On further trust once my daughter Elizabeth Coates becomes 21 then my estate is to be equally divided amongst all of my children.
