Knaresborough, Wife of Robert Dent
By settlement of 27th July 1801 under my maiden name of Elizabeth Wilkinson of the 1st,
Robert Dent of the 2nd, John Jackson and Richard
Rushworth, both of Manchester, of the 3rd. All my real and personal estate were conveyed to
John Jackson and Richard Rushworth after my death.
My Trustees to stand possessed of that burgage house in Gracious Street now occupied by my husband
Robert Dent in Trust for my husband.
£500 now in the hands of my brother John Jackson to my grand nephew
Thomas Wilkinson Wilson to be paid to him at the death of my brother if he has reached 21.
To my Godsons and Goddaughter Robert Brogden the elder, George Bilton Jackson , Robert Brogden the younger and
Elizabeth Rigg £10 each.
The residue of my personal estate to be equally divided amongst my husband and brother, whom I appoint joint executors.
