To my son Joseph Croft my house property in Scriven with Tentergate now occupied by
William Ryder, Mary Greenwood and Mary Kay, together with my piece of land in Scriven now occupied by
William Bradfield.
To my son Thomas Croft my house property in Scriven with Tentergate now occupied by
William Bradford, Matthew Currey, John Powell and Joseph
Andrew. Also the residue of my estate subject to the payment of £50 to my daughter
Ann Lindley, the wife of James Lindley of Naburn, and £50 to my daughter
Betty Croft.
I appoint Thomas Croft sole executor.
