My copyhold land and buildings and personal estate to my daughter Ellen
Andrews, wife of Jonathan Andrews, and chargeable with £10 to my daughter
Ann Lassey, widow, and with a further £10 to my daughter Deborah
Irish, wife of Joseph Irish.
I appoint my daughter Ellen Andrews my executor.
