All my real and personal estate to my son Stephen Parkinson subject to payment of an annuity of 32 to my wife Christiana Parkinson.

To my wife such part of my plate, linen and furniture that she may think proper.

To my nephew Stephen Parkinson of Bradford 100.

Should my son die without issue then my real and personal estate is to go to my nephew subject to 100 to each of my nephews and nieces (except his sister).

I appoint my nephew as executor.

Witnesses : Charles Thompson, Shopkeeper, Hannah Ingleson, Servant to Mr. Parkinson, James Collins

Proved at York 25th July 1818
