All my real and personal estate to my son Stephen Parkinson subject to payment of an annuity of £32 to my wife
Christiana Parkinson.
To my wife such part of my plate, linen and furniture that she may think proper.
To my nephew Stephen Parkinson of Bradford £100.
Should my son die without issue then my real and personal estate is to go to my nephew subject to £100 to each of my nephews and nieces (except his sister).
I appoint my nephew as executor.
