Private James Gibson

 
 

Harrogate Herald - 13th October 1915

Private J Gibson, 15th Durham Light Infantry, was gassed in the battle of Loos on Hill 70 on the 28th September. He is the eldest son of the late Mr W Gibson, 28 Chatsworth Place, Harrogate.

Roll of Honour

Private James Gibson is reported killed. He joined the Army in 1914, and went out to France and was gassed at Hill 60. He came back to England, and was again sent out to France in 1916, and is now reported killed in an engagement on the 22nd October last. Private Gibson was the eldest son of the late Mr W Gibson, 28 Chatsworth Place, Harrogate.
