Harrogate Herald - 15th December 1915

Photo- Mrs J Spinks, of 23 Baden Street, Harrogate, has received notice from the War Office that her husband, Sapper J Spinks, of the Canadian Engineers, was drowned whilst coming over to England on the hospital ship Anglia, which was mined in the North Sea on the 17th November. Sapper Spinks was suffering from pneumonia.
