I beg to acknowledge receipt of your splendid paper, which arrives each week with regularity. It is a link with home that makes it doubly welcome. Your weekly photographic record is a good and very sympathetic idea. I always read the records with the keenest interest. Through it I have got news of several Knaresborough chaps whom I know personally. A few weeks ago there was a photo of my two brothers and myself which I cut out. With wishes for the complete success of your splendid efforts.
