Glad to have your letter. Please send me another. Sorry you should feel I was a stranger. I have tried not to be to you boys. Anyway, you have not found it so difficult to write to me as you imagined. You have written a splendid letter, and our readers will enjoy it. I value it much. If I get even one of the printed military correspondence cards, we insert it for the good reason that the writer's friends are assured that he is all right and are immensely reassured accordingly.
