Private Harry Stokell, WY, of Nidd, Harrogate, has gone out of France for the second time. He was invalided home with abscess caused through exposure in the trenches. After a period in hospital at Orpington from March 21st, 1917, he went back to France on May 11th. He has now returned to the fighting line. He worked for the Harrogate Co-operative Stores as carter for 12 years. At the time of joining the Army he was working on the Nidd Estate as horseman for the trustees of the late Lord Mountgarret.
