My real estate in Knaresborough, occupied by myself, Joseph Jennings, and Sarah Jordan to my father Richard Steel, and at his death the same to my nephew John Walsh.

To my brothers William Steel, John Steel, and Edward Steel, £20 each.

To my nephew John my household contents and personal estate, and appoint him executor.
