All my real estate at Low Dunsforth, my leasehold
estate in Knaresborough, my household contents, and all other my
personal estate to William Manby and Samuel Brown of
Knaresborough, Gentlemen, In Trust, to receive the rents and profits
and pay an annuity to my sister Helen Thompson.
At the death of my sister my real estate to my
relation Richard Calvert of High Dunsforth, and to pay the
following legacies :
To the children of my relation Robert Mush
£50 each.
To the children of my relation Francis Mush
£50 each.
To the children of my relation Ann Jackson
£50 each.
To the children of my relation Hannah Shepherd
£50 each.
To my relation Jane Cocks 1s.
To my relations Michael Calvert and Elizabeth
Calvert, children of Rebecca Calvert, £50 each.
To the Leeds Infirmary £100.
To my sister Helen all the ale in my
cellar.
My library to Michael Calvert.
An annuity of £1 1s each to my Trustees.
Residue of my estate to the oldest and poorest
families in Knaresborough. To be paid at the rate of £3 to each
poor family and £1 10s to each poor person
