To my wife Anne Dibb an annuity of £10 chargeable to my
land in Leathley, called High Moor Close which was part of the
estate of the late John Moises of Leathley. Also a further
annuity of £10 chargeable to my house and 5a of land in
Felliscliffe which I bought off Francis Mountain and now
occupied by Joseph Darnbrough.
My land called High Moor Close to my eldest son Robert Dibb
My house and land at Felliscliffe to my second son William
Dibb.
All the household contents of my house at Lindley to my wife and
two sons.
To my sons John Dibb and Francis Dibb £1,000 each
when they reach 21.
To my daughters Mary Dibb, Sarah Dibb, and Anne Dibb
£500 each.
The residue of my estate to my sons Robert and William,
and appoint then executors.
I request that my landlord, Walter Fawkes, allow my son Robert
to occupy my farm at Lindley.
