Hampsthwaite, Linen Weaver
The West part of the house in which I now live
with the two pieces of land in Hampsthwaite, called Walker’s Garth
and Orchard, being 2a; also the moiety of my barn and bowking house
at Hampsthwaite, to my daughter Jane Gill.
The East part of my house, which contains the
shop, with the land at Hampsthwaite called Cock Close, being 3a, and
the other moiety of my barn and bowking, to my daughter Elizabeth
Render, the wife of Francis Render.
My land and buildings at Hampsthwaite called
Little Close, 3a, to my son John Gill.

Residue of my estate to my three children whom I
appoint executors.
