To my eldest son, Thomas Hutton of
Stainburn, my Copyhold house and land at Norwood, now occupied by
me, chargeable with :
An annuity of £15 to my wife Rachel Hutton.
At the death of my wife £60 each to my sons Charles
Hutton and Henry Hutton, and my youngest daughter Sarah
Hutton. £20 each to my other daughters Elizabeth Hutton
and Lydia Chabot.
To my son Thomas my personal estate at
Stainburn.
To my son Henry the legacy left to me and
my wife by my deceased son Benjamin Hutton, chargeable with
£20 to my son Joseph Hutton after my death, and a further
annuity of £5 to Joseph after the death of my wife.
