To my niece Elizabeth Brunton the house on the south end of the houses which belonged to my late brother Ceasor Jackson. At her death the same to my niece Rebecca Brunton.

At the death of Rebecca the same to my brother William Jackson and my sister Elizabeth Jackson, whom I appoint as executors.
