My copyhold property in the Forest of Knaresborough to my wife Sarah
Bolton, and at her death :
To my son William Bolton the house, with barn, stable and warehouse, and the four closes in Spinksburn, which I recently bought off
William Dearlove; chargeable with £10 each to my daughter Dinah
Mountain, the wife of John Mountain, and Mary
Reynard, the wife of James Reynard.
To my younger son Joseph Bolton the two closes in Spinksburn called Back Close and Low Close; chargeable with £20 each to my daughters
Hannah Bolton and Sarah Bolton.
To my daughter Ann Holmes, the wife of William Holmes, £1 1s, six months after my death.
All my household goods to my wife.
Residue of my personal estate to my sons William and Joseph, whom I appoint executors.
