To my son Robert Pawson, whom I appoint executor, my real estate on Greystone Plain in the parish of Hampsthwaite, also all my household contents.
To my wife Dorothy Pawson an annuity of £20 and sufficient furniture to furnish one room.
To my daughter Elianor Pawson £250 when she reaches 21, and a further £250 when she reaches 25.
