My late father Thomas Ellis devised lands in Hampsthwaite to his son
Thomas Ellis, his son-in-law William West, his son-in-law (my husband)
Joseph Tidswell, and his son-in-law Thomas Myers, In Trust, and directed that after the death of his son
Richard Ellis his Trustees were to borrow £180 and mortgage his London premises and pay £60 to me to dispose of as I wish; which I now do :
£5 to my son John Tidswell.
£55 to my daughters Nancy Tidswell, Dinah Tidswell, Mary Tidswell, Sarah
Tidswell, and Hannah Tidswell, in equal shares.
I appoint my brother Thomas as executor.
