To John Lumley, who lives with me, the residue of the lease of my farm and all the growing crops and livestock, chargeable with £10 to
James Paley of Knaresborough for the use of Emanuel Lumley and
George Lumley six months after my death.
£5 each to my nephews and nieces.
Residue of my personal estate to my brother Jonathan Midgley whom I appoint executor.

To my two nieces, the youngest daughters of my brother Stephen Midgley of Goldsborough, Labourer, [named items].
To my nephew Jonathan Midgley of Follifoot, Yeoman, £5 over and above the £5 in my Will. Should he die before 21 then the same to my nephew
John Midgley and niece Mary Midgley, the children of
Jonathan.
I now appoint John Lumley of Hay Park, Gardener, as executor, as my brother
Jonathan is now dead.
