My real and personal estate to my son Abraham Fewsdale, whom I appoint executor, chargeable with :
To my wife Elizabeth Fewsdale an annuity of £3 so long as she remains with my son. Should she leave him there is to be no annuity.
To my daughter Hannah Dixson, the wife of John Dixson, 5s after the death of her mother.
To my daughter Esther Fewsdale £3 after the death of her mother.
To my daughter Elizabeth Knight, the wife of Charles
Knight, £3 after the death of her mother.
To my daughter Mary Fewsdale £3 after the death of her mother.
To my daughter Ann Fewsdale £15 after the death of her mother.
