Clifton, Parish of Fewston, Farmer
My Copyhold property, now occupied by Joseph Homes and myself, to my son
William Holmes when he reaches 21, chargeable with :
£150 to my son Joseph Holmes
£50 each to my daughters Hannah Holmes and Chrissy Holmes
To my wife Ann Holmes the rents from my real estate for the maintenance of my children. Also an annuity of £10; this to reduce to £4 if she remarries.
My personal estate equally amongst my wife and my son William.
I appoint Joseph Watson of Clifton and George Spence of Fewston Trustees and Executors.
