To each of my brothers Thomas Dixon and Robert Dixon an annuity of £1 1s.
To William Benson and George Benson, the sons of Frederick
Benson, £1 1s each when they reach 21.
To my nephew John Dixon, son of my brother Robert, my Copyhold property and my personal estate, and appoint him executor.
