Fewston, Yeoman
To my grandson John Bramley, son of William Bramley, the closes in Widrey, Township of Fewston, also a barn bought off
George Gill. Also an allotment at Meagill, occupied by me. All chargeable with the following two legacies :
£50 to my granddaughter Ann Reed, daughter of my late son
William Bramley.
£50 to my grandson Miles Bramley.
£200 to my granddaughter Mary Bramley, daughter of William.
£80 to my grandson John Hardcastle.
£100 to my son Robert Bramley.
To my wife Ann Bramley the two closes and house at Spinksburn, called Spring Hills. At her death the same to my granddaughter
Mary.
To my wife an annuity of £6, a cow, and all my household goods. [Many named items]
To my son Henry Bramley the residue of my real estate, chargeable with the above legacies and annuity. [This is considerable and is itemised in Will].
Residue of my estate to my son Henry, whom I appoint executor.
