Clint, Yeoman
My son John Houseman is entitled to considerable real estate which was the property of my late wife.
I therefore give my estate in Clint, now occupied by Elizabeth
Robinson, to my son Thomas Houseman, chargeable with an annuity of £10 to my Trustees, until my sons
Walter Houseman and William Houseman reach 21, payable to my brother
John Houseman. This same estate also charged with £10 for the funeral of my brother.
To my sons Walter and William all my livestock and husbandry implements from my farm at Clint.
To my daughters Jane Houseman, Magdalen Houseman, and Elizabeth
Houseman, £400 each [plus named items].
I appoint John Mills of Ripley, Innholder, and John Craven the younger of Killinghall, Yeoman, as executors, Trustees, and Guardians.
