At my death my real estate within the Forest of Knaresborough is to be sold, and this money, with the residue of my personal estate, is to be divided into five shares which are to go to my sons
Joseph, John, and Peter Lax, my daughter Ann, and the children of my late daughter
Sarah.
I appoint my sons Joseph and Peter as executors.
