I appoint my wife Jane Russell executor.
All my real estate to my wife.
At her death the same to my three daughters Jane Russell, Ann
Russell, and Mary Russell.
To my youngest daughter Mary £20 at the death of my wife. This to be paid out of her sister’s share.
