Birstwith, Gentleman
All my real estate to my sister Ann Bilton, and at her death the same to my nephew
Bilton Josephus Wilson.
Should my nephew die without issue then I charge my estate in Menwith with Darley, now occupied by
Thomas Acres, with :
£1 per month for the churchwarden and overseer of the poor at Birstwith for the purchase of bread to be distributed to the poor of Birstwith.
£5 per year to the schoolmistress at Felliscliffe for teaching 5 poor girls from Birstwith to read, knit and sew.
To my sister Mary Wilson and annuity of £50.
To my nephew Bilton Josephus £500. should he die without issue then I give a further £20 per year to the poor at Birstwith.

Probate 11th July 1806. effects under £2,000.
