Late of Birstwith, Widow, Now residing with Robert Dickinson of Brearton
All my household furniture and bedding (except that which my daughter
Mary Robinson chooses to give to my relations and friends) to my brother
Robert Dickinson and my friend David Goodall to be divided amongst my grandson
Thomas Robinson and any other children that my daughter Mary may have.
To Robert Dickinson and David Goodall all my money and securities, and all other my personal estate Upon Trust, and place at interest until my grandson
Thomas reaches 25, when the principal sum is to go to him and any other grandchildren there may be. Should
Thomas die before reaching
25 then the same is to go to the children of my brother Robert.
