Bilton with Harrogate, Blacksmith
To my wife Sarah Lupton all my household furniture, and at her death to my children
Thomas Lupton, Marmaduke Lupton, William Lupton, Elizabeth
Lupton, and Dorothy Lupton, in equal shares.
My copyhold property and the half beastgate in Bilton with Harrogate, now occupied by myself, my brother
Thomas Lupton, and Abraham Hindle.
My personal estate to my brother Thomas - Upon Trust to sell and invest and pay interest to my wife.
At her death £50 to be paid to my son Thomas and the residue to be divided amongst my five children.
