All my goods and personal estate to my brothers Richard Snow and
Francis Snow, and my wife Mary Snow, In Trust to sell and convert estate to money.
All my real estate in Thruscross and Dacre to my Trustees. The rents and profits to be used for the maintenance of my sons
Richard Snow, William Snow, and Francis Snow, and my daughters
Mary Snow and Susannah Snow until they reach 21.
When my son Richard reaches 21 then the real estate at Dacre, now occupied by
Joseph Hall, is to pass to him, chargeable with the following legacies :
To my daughter Mary, £150.
A yearly sum of £5 for the maintenance of my daughter Mary until she is 21.
An annuity of £6 to my wife.
When my son William reaches 21 my real state in Thruscross, now in my occupation, is to pass to him, chargeable with :
An annuity of £5 for the maintenance of my daughter Susanna until she reaches 21.
An annuity of £6 to my wife.
£150 to my daughter Susanna.
When my son Francis reaches 21 my real estate in Thruscross, now occupied by
John Longbotham, and the adjoining land, occupied by Henry
Parker, to pass to him, chargeable with :
An annuity of £6 to my wife.

Codicil - 28th April 1807
Stipulates that his wife may live in the house he now occupies until his son
William attains 21, and the land occupied by him is to go to
William at that time. This is subject to an annuity of £9 10s to his mother
Susanna Snow.
The property passed to his son Francis cane be used by his wife, rent free, once
William reaches 21.
