Birstwith, Linen Weaver
To my son William Myers the house, barn, land and premises (except the orchard) now occupied by him at Felliscliffe and Birstwith.
To my grandson William Jeffray the house that I now live in and the orchard mentioned above. Also the two closes of land at Coat Hill in Birstwith containing 5 acres chargeable with £50 apiece to my grandsons
Thomas Jeffray and John Jeffray one year after the death of my daughter
Hannah Robinson.
I also charge the premises given to my grandson William Jeffray with the sum of £8 a year to my daughter
Hannah Robinson.
To my daughter Hannah Robinson, should she survive her present husband, the house and premises in the Back Garth now occupied by
Nicholas Holden. This property to go to my grandson William Jeffray on her death.
To my son William Myers all my household furniture, plate, linen and other personal effects in the house I have devised to him. I appoint him joint executor with my grandson
William Jeffray.

Testator died in 1817. Probate 29th October 1817. Effects sworn under £20. Inrolled 5th November 1817.
