To my wife Margaret Wilson the piece of land at Knaresborough called Bilton’s Close with the appurtenances, and after her decease to my grandson
Henry Wilson Taylor, and after his decease to be shared equally amongst his children. If my grandson dies without issue then the land is to go to
Henry Hopps of Knaresborough, Currier, and Francis Dale of Sessay, Farmer, upon Trust to sell and to spilt the money between the children of my brothers and sisters-in-law
John Dale, Jane Dale, William Hutchinson deceased, Christopher Dale deceased,
Ralph Dale, William Dale, Ellen Dale, Jane Wilson and Francis
Dale.
To my wife the piece of land called Harwicks with the appurtenances at Ferrinsby, and after her death to my grandson
Henry Wilson Taylor, and after his death to be shared equally amongst his children. If my grandson dies without issue then the land is to go to
Richard Wilson the son of my sister Margaret Wilson, subject to the payment of £100 to
Francis Dale and of £5 each to the children of my half sisters
Frances Taylor and Elizabeth Whitaker one year after the death of
Henry Wilson Taylor.
To my wife all my money, securities for money, personal estate and effects.
I appoint Henry Hopps and Francis Dale joint executors and trustee for my grandson and his estate.

Testator died 18th July 1817. Probate 20th December 1817; effects sworn as under £195. Inrolled 7th January 1818.
