To my brother John Armistead of Stainforth Hall, Giggleswick, Yeoman and
William Preston of South gate, Litton, Yeoman, all my estate at Bramham Lane in the parish of Fewston, in trust for my son
John Metcalfe Armistead subject to the payment of £100 to each of my sons
Richard Armistead and James Armistead when they are 21.
The above is also subject to the payment of £150 to my wife Anne Armistead to be paid 1 year after my son
John Metcalfe Armistead becomes 21.
I give all my other real estate at Litton to my wife Anne, and also all my personal estate.
