My real estate to Isaac Newton of Knaresborough, Wine Merchant, and
Samuel Powell of Scriven with Tentergate, Gentleman, upon Trust to sell and to use the money as follows :
To my daughter Mary Webb £10.
To my daughter Ann Gommersall £10.
The remainder of my estate to be divided amongst my son William Young and daughters
Elizabeth Young and Hannah Young.
