Lieutenant R B C Aked, Military Cross, North
Staffordshire Regiment, who is reported missing from March 21st, is
20 years of age, and the second son of Mr and Mrs Henry E Aked,
of Highgreen House, Harrogate. Educated at the Old College,
Windermere, and Charterhouse, he received his commission before he
was 18 years of age, and as recently as last January obtained the
Military Cross. His elder brother, Lieutenant H L C Aked, has
been a prisoner for two years.
