I made the necessary enquiries regarding the transfer of Pte Harold Baker from the Merryflatts War Hospital, Govan, and I am pleased to hear from the Medical Officer there that the wound is slight, and under the circumstances it would not be advisable to have him transferred, as he will be discharged from hospital soon.
